OUR MISSION
Our mission is to empower youth athletes through the sport of volleyball.
Our goal is to grow the game while providing a safe environment for junior volleyball athletes to develop strong fundamental skills, build character, and gain confidence as responsible friends, teammates, and leaders in our community.

Boston UVC’s overall approach strikes a balance between three things that don’t always fit together easily – player development, competitiveness, and personal relationships. Each of the teams on which our two daughters have played over the past four years has gotten significantly better over the course of the season, while providing the girls the opportunity to develop strong friendships with their teammates. We’ve witnessed both of our daughters grow in skill and confidence, as volleyball players and as young women. And, given the family commitment required to support a club volleyball player, it has been a big positive for us to develop good friendships with the other players’ parents and families.
